The 12th International Alanya Sculptor Festival has started. Mayor Adem Murat Yücel, together with Alanya District Governor Tanrıseven, opened the festival by hitting the first hammer on the stone block in. The opening of the festival, which was organized in cooperation with the city of Alanya and the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Mimar Sinan, took place in the area behind the town hall. The works will decorate the parks and gardens from Alanya. The works will be exhibited in different parts of the city after the festival. 10 sculptors from Turkey, Russia, the Czech Republic, Serbia, England and Poland take part. Citizens, students and tourists can get some information by visiting the sculptors until December 3rd in the open-air area behind the town hall.
