Organized by the Municipality of KOCAELİ and the Turkish Kickboxing Association, the Turkish Kickboxing Championship of Seniors, Juniors, Stars and Juniors was held from June 21 to 27 in the İzmit Yahya Kaptan Martyr Police Recep Topaloğlu Sports Hall with the participation of 850 athletes. In the championship, Arda Baş, a student of Alanya Diriliş Kick Boxing Gym, became champion in the youth category in the 81 kg category. With this degree, Arda Baş will step into the ring as a national team athlete at the World Championships in Italy. Coach Seyfettin Bilgin proudly said: This year, like last year, we sent students to the national team.
