The government finally has released a regulation for the sale of real estate – from September 1st, only trained, certified brokers can sell real estate. They will receive a certificate that is only issued by the government on presentation of a business license. So the deadline for black brokers is definitely up. Presumably, when selling at the land registry, it will no longer be possible to overwrite it if this new certificate cannot be presented. Internet portals such as Immobilienscout / welt, Facebook, Instagram and Youtube etc. are also affected by this, without this license distribution is not permitted.
The main goal is “so-called” tradespeople who work from home – without registering a business, without paying taxes. This entails very severe penalties in Turkey. Be careful if you are offered properties.
