Accordingly, Istanbul Airport, which has often topped the lists, also climbed first place on Thursday with 550 flights. It was followed by Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport with 460 flights, Frankfurt Airport with 401 flights, Amsterdam Airport with 394 flights and Istanbul’s second airport, Sabiha Gökcen, with 346 flights. Thus, on the reporting day, two airports from Turkey made it into the top five busiest airports in Europe.
