Event for the World Cleaning Day in Alanya


In cooperation with the municipality of Alanya and the citizens’ initiative Let’s Do It Turkey, an environmental cleanup event took place on September 18th at the Cikcilli Heliport to highlight the importance of the phenomenon of the green environment. At the event, many volunteers between the ages of 7 and 70 cleaned the environment. This event took place simultaneously in 180 countries around the world. With the World Cleanup Day campaign organized in every corner of Turkey, people with a visionary spirit who want to contribute to nature were encouraged to raise awareness. The Let’s Do It Turkey team is committed to raising awareness in every corner of Anatolia and for a future worth living in with the activities of “World Cleaning Day”. The municipality of Alanya, which strives to spread the concept of a sustainable environment among the citizens, to protect the environment and to bring people from all walks of life together with an awareness of waste management.
