For the first time since the fall of 2015, the Turkish authorities announce that more and more tourists are coming to the country. Finally a turnaround. According to the official figures of the Ministry of Tourism, 2,440,000 foreigners arrived in Turkey, which is 18.1 percent more than in the previous month. At the top, there are German and Russian tourists. Despite the tensions between Berlin and Ankara, most tourists are from Germany: 262,730, this is at least 6.7% more than in the same month last year.
