Unfortunately, incorrect information is being spread again and again on the internet and in social media. So far, there have been no new official publications on Ikamet initial applications in the districts of Kargicak, Mahmutlar, Kestel and Avsallar. Ikamet extensions are still possible there. In the other parts of the city, you can still make initial applications for the Ikamet.

It is still possible to purchase real estate in these 4 districts mentioned above, just like in all other districts of Alanya.
