We would like to point out to you again: Germans residing in Turkey can also vote for the Bundestag. To do this, they must send an “application for entry in the electoral roll” to the responsible municipality in Germany. The application must be received by the municipality no later than September 5th, 2021. Transport via private service providers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx or Yurtici Cargo is recommended. The municipality then sends the documents for the postal vote. The consulate in Antalya has published the official notice and an information sheet. The application forms are available from the election supervisor on the Internet.
