Everyone knows the image of the bikes that are all over the center of Alanya. Therefore, the municipality tries to pay more attention to cyclists. In the center of Alanya there are simply not enough bicycle parking facilities. But to put a bicycle against trees, posts, traffic signs or walls is also not a good sight. The bike is no longer just used during leisure times or for exercise. As an ecological and healthy alternative means of transport for going to work, shopping or simply because it is fast, the bike is important, both to young and old.
The safe and comfortable parking places will make an important contribution to the use of the bicycle as a means of transportation within the city. Therefore, more safe parking places for bicycles must be created.
