Let us remind you that according to the new law, which came into force on 3.03.2019, every seller must present an appraisal report before the sale. One of the reasons is that the property e.g. may not be suitable for obtaining Turkish citizenship and the second reason is that one knows what the real value of the property is. Please note that such a report is only valid for 3 months and must then be extended.
