The latest information we have received from the water company (Asat) regarding some changes to the water subscription is that the registration of the subscriptions in Alanya have been transferred to the city of Antalya and therefore the water subscriptions will be renewed. If your subscription contains more or less than 6 digits, this must be changed. If your subscription consists of exactly 6 digits, then that is already the new number. You can check this by looking at the water bill, behind “Abone No”. For our customers who have a management contract with us, we will make the necessary adjustments and, if necessary, apply again. For our customers without a contract, we will naturally provide the necessary information for the re-registration. By 15/03/2018 everyone should have completed their new registration.
