And then you drive down again and down in the center you have the dreamlike sun again. You just have to be able to experience these beauties. Despite the cold, the construction work here in Alanya and the surrounding area is going on, at the moment there is also a lot of construction going on, as it seems that the demand will continue to rise. Avsallar is particularly interesting at the moment, where a lot of new things are being created! here, of course, the prices are a bit cheaper compared to Alanya, Oba, Kargicak etc. Of course, that also makes it interesting to invest there. Especially if you buy from the plan or under construction you save about 30%. Of course, you should also be a bit careful here, because you can’t buy every project from the plan. Please pay close attention to the company here. As you can see, the preparations in our city of Alanya and the surrounding area continue.
