Antalya and Nuremberg have been linked by a city partnership for 25 years. To mark the occasion, representatives of both cities in Nuremberg opened a new passenger stairway in an anniversary design. Every year 400,000 passengers fly between Nuremberg and Antalya. The manager of Nuremberg Airport described the partnership between the cities as a bridge to other regions and cultures. The city of Antalya is currently presenting itself at the Christkindlesmarkt with its own stand.
