With air temperatures above seasonal normals, citizens flock to the beaches in droves. Galip Dere Public Beach, where Alanya Municipality provides free sunbeds and umbrellas, is one of the citizens’ favorite beaches to cool down. Changing rooms and showers are cleaned daily by the staff of Alanya Municipality Environmental Protection and Control Directorate and are available for citizens between 07:00 in the morning and 19:30 in the evening. The beach is right behind Alanya City Hall.
