You have to enter your Ikamet number, it starts with 99 … At the beginning you need help, it will display Turkish. As soon as the login is completed, you will find yourself on the main page. Now click on ”Randevu al” – “Make an appointment”. Choosing to see a doctor in Antalya may or may not ask the city you live in. Click on your preferred hospital under “Antalya Alanya Alaadin Keykebut”. You will now see the list of departments. Click on the part you want and you will find the list of doctors available. Click the doctor’s name. (Please note that you will now only find the names of the currently available, working doctors. Those who are on vacation or for other reasons will only be visible when they are available again) Click on the name and you will receive available appointment times. Select it, confirm it and as soon as you are done, you will receive a confirmation on the main page with the title ”yaklaşan randevular” – “Upcoming dates”. Appointments for 65 year olds or older are only given between 10.30 a.m. and 2.30 p.m., during the epidemic period. You should be there at least 15 minutes before reception at the hospital. Hand in your place of residence and your SGK card at the reception and you will receive a ticket with your check-in date. After that you have to wait in front of the corresponding doctor’s desk; They will be displayed on the screen or a medical secretary will call you out. Those who do not have an Ikament but live here call 182 and make an appointment, but Turkish is spoken. You should ask for help from someone who speaks Turkish. You can then choose a doctor of your choice. When you come to your appointment, follow the same procedure for Ikame owners as written above. You will receive an invoice at cost price, pay it. This is where we check whether you have a residence permit. So bring enough time with you. After paying at the cash register, you will return to reception. You will then receive an appointment with your doctor upon presentation of the paid invoice. Unfortunately, there is no German-speaking staff in the state hospital, and the doctors speak Turkish, and possibly English. The best thing is to bring a friend or a translator with you. A visit to the doctor requires the translation, because you want help. Actually, the whole thing works without any problems and after a few times you have understood the system. Appointments cannot be made directly at the hospital reception. You have to go via number 182.
