The New Year is almost around the corner and we are still enjoying the mild temperatures here, while in Europe the first snow is already in some areas. Despite the pandemic, life goes on as usual … Tourists are still visiting Alanya and their dream cannot be taken away. If we should have a review of the real estate industry: It was a turbulent year for many buyers and for us too. Many interested parties were able to convert the so-called pandemic into their opportunity. Many have made their dreams come true through this and now have their second home under the Turkish sun.
