There have been laws in Turkey for some time that only allow you to market and sell your own real estate without involving a licensed real estate company. This has now been made more concrete and violations will be punishable from November 1st, 2023. Private individuals are only allowed to offer and sell their own properties and those of 1st degree relatives (parents <->children) or 2nd degree (grandparents <->grandchildren / siblings). The penalties will range from 10,000 TL to 100,000 TL.
